Good Places are Everywhere!
It's liberating knowing you're not just constrained to what you see on social media

If you spend a fair amount of time on social media looking at travel content, you’ve probably had a similar experience to me. You see these in incredible looking places, all put out under tags like ‘wanderlust’ and ‘hidden gem’ and find yourself thinking how nice they would be nice to go and see for yourself.
However, I’ve found myself getting a slight feeling of constraint if I look at too may. Sure a lot of these places do look cool, but I often find myself thinking ‘is that really the one good place in central Paris?’ or even ‘how the hell did they find this?’
What I’ve come to realise, though, is that you can actually find incredible places almost anywhere you go. It can be somewhere ‘mainstream’ or completely off the beaten path. Despite the attempts of the internet and social media to make it feel otherwise, the world is still a pretty big place and there is plenty left unexplored to find, and plenty of great places to just stumble into by chance.
To me at least, that feeling is actually pretty liberating. As someone building a business around the idea of encouraging people to just go somewhere else for a few days and have a look about (with the idea that if the trip is good enough value, you almost can't lose), it is really reassuring to know that there are not only loads of places for me to discover and show to people, but also for members to find off their own backs which I might not have even showed them
As I said, a lot of these places are ones you’ll find by chance, a sunset drink here, a quick bite to eat there. So all you have to do really is just get yourself out there, book a trip and go explore somewhere new!
