Encouraging you to travel more around work ✈️
Going away is great, but I don't want to have to ditch my everyday life to go travelling for 6 months.
I also don't just want one big holiday a year that costs thousands and disappears in a week.
What I do like is going on lots of shorter trips, seeing a tonne of new places and making great memories, all around time I already have in my calendar.
If you're based in the UK or Ireland and like the sound of that too, this might just be the club for you!
What Is Shoestring Travel Club Membership Actually About?
I want to encourage people like you to travel more around work, using time you already have
The way I try to do that is by:
Building Trips I'd Take Myself
I match up flights and accommodation, bundling it into a 'ready to book' trip for you to use (or to serve as inspiration, the choice is yours)

Finding Flights Worth Taking
I'm always on the look out for standout flights. Whether they're unusually cheap, work well for a trip or just a good option, if I'd take them myself, I'll show them to you

Places, Opinions & Chat
By giving you my honest opinions on places to go, places to avoid and general honest travel chat, I hope to encourage you to travel more in the same way I do.
In short, if I think it's worth it, I'll show you!
What This Actually Looks Like In Practice:
All trips and flights depart from UK or Irish airports
4 Days Skiing in France - £107pp
Price for return flights, 3 nights accommodation and lift pass. The resort isn't the 3 valleys, but for £107pp, I reckon this would be a great adventure
Gran Canaria Return Flights - £35pp
Flights in Feb and fly right over a weekend, perfect for a cheeky European winter sun escape just when the winter starts really grinding
How to (Sometimes) Get Free Extra Legroom
A couple of tricks I've learned to stack the legroom odds in your favour. Not guaranteed to come off, but 50% of the time, it works everytime..
All of these are things I've found and put up for club members to see. All flights and trips are directly linked, and all articles are written purely for their info (since everything is members-only, none of it is for Google rankings or view numbers. If I don't believe in it, I won't show it)
How Much Does It Cost?
Joining as a member costs a small monthly fee, which helps to keep the club independent and sustainable to run. So, you can join for either:
£3.50 a month
(≈ €4.00 - paid monthly)
£2.50 a month
(£30 / ≈ €35 paid annually)
That's it. No 'join quick before it changes' no strikethroughs of 'old' and 'special discount' prices. Just choose whichever one feels best for you.
Who This Probably Isn't For
It's all well and good me saying who will benefit from being a member, but I think its worth saying who this travel club probably isn't the best for, too.
If you're after going on a big 3 month backpacking adventure, or spending thousands for a two week holiday, this is not the club for you.
The whole point here is encouraging you to go away more often, on shorter trips around work using time you already have - odd days off, weekends or general gaps in your calendar - without having to put the rest of your life on hold.
If you like the idea of going on multiple shorter trips instead of (or even as well as) one big holiday away (especially if those trips cost far less than you might expect), you'll probably love being a member. If not, that's completely fine too!
That's pretty much it.
This is a small, opinion-led travel club built around the idea of encouraging you to go away on more short trips around work using time you already have in your own calendar.
If that sounds like your thing, that it'd be great to have you as a member. If not though, no worries at all. There are plenty of other ways to travel, and I hope you find the one that works for you.
Either way, thanks a million for dropping by 💚

Adam (me!)
